1. Scope and Contractual Partner
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between monolith Global GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) via the Seller’s online shop operated on the Shopify platform for deliveries to the United Kingdom.

(3) These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers. A consumer is any individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is any person acting in the course of a business.
(4) Orders placed by UK customers are fulfilled from a UK-based warehouse.
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) Product listings in the online shop constitute an invitation to treat and not a legally binding offer.
(2) By placing an order and clicking the order button (“Buy now” or similar), the Customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded only upon dispatch confirmation or explicit acceptance.
3. Prices and Taxes
(1) All prices are stated in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required by law.
(2) As goods are shipped from within the United Kingdom, no import duties or customs charges apply to UK customers.
4. Payment
(1) Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
(2) Payment is due according to the selected payment method. Where third-party payment providers are used, their terms and conditions apply.
5. Delivery and Risk
(1) Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer. Delivery is made from a warehouse located within the United Kingdom.
(2) Delivery times are indicated in the respective offer (e.g. “approx. 3–7 working days”) but may be extended due to customs clearance.
(3) For consumers, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods.
(4) For business customers, risk passes upon handover to the carrier.
(5) The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
6. Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
Right to Cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, the Customer must inform the Seller:

Effects of Cancellation
If the Customer cancels this contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned.
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the goods cannot normally be returned by post, the cost of return may be higher depending on size and weight.
The Customer is only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Returned goods must be sent to the Seller’s UK return address. The Seller does not accept returns sent to other locations unless agreed in advance.
7. Warranty
(1) Consumers are entitled to statutory rights under UK consumer law.
(2) For business customers, the warranty period is limited to 12 months.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
(1) The Seller is fully liable for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
(2) For other damages, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages.
10. Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(1) Electrical equipment must not be disposed of in household waste.
(2) Customers in the UK are responsible for complying with local disposal regulations.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
12. Dispute Resolution
The Seller is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
13. Governing Law
(1) These Terms are governed by German law.
(2) For consumers, mandatory provisions of UK law remain unaffected.
14. Final Provisions
(1) If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
(2) Amendments must be made in text form (e.g. email).
