Order processing and fulfilment times:
Shipping times and prices vary depending on your location. Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse either in Germany or the UK.
All goods are typically dispatched within 48 hours
How Our Shipping Rates are Calculated:
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at time of checkout based on the products ordered and your delivery location.
If you qualify for our free shipping this will be automatically applied at checkout.
Communications and Order Tracking:
After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase.
Once your order is processed, we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and unused. We will refund your full order amount within 7 days, excluding shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive as expected, please contact our support team at support@monolith-global.com with your order number. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
